Good to know
• No-show fees are 100% of the scheduled service price. • An invoice will be sent by the end of the day on the date of the missed appointment. • The paid no-show invoice does NOT go toward or cover your next scheduled appointment. Your next appointment is a separate service and will need to be paid for in full. • If the invoice is not paid before your next appointment, your next appointment will not be serviced and future appointments may be canceled. • If you contact Unity Hair Shop regarding the missed appointment and there was a valid reason or misunderstanding, the invoice may be removed at our discretion.
